  • What’s the festival schedule?

  • When does the registration open?
    Registration opens May 2nd at 20:00 EEST. Register here:

  • What level should I choose?
    Refer to our Classes page and find out what’s the appropriate level for you. If you need help choosing, please contact us!

  • Do I need a partner?
    No partner is needed. You can register on your own, and we’ll rotate partners during the classes. However, if you register with a partner your chance of getting a spot will increase - especially if you are registering late.

  • I haven’t got confirmation yet, what’s my registration status?
    It may take us a few days or a week to process your registration. Firstly, please check that your registration got through and you received a “ Registration Received” email from us! Also, check your spam folder. If you don’t hear any updates from us in a while, please contact us.

  • I cannot come after all! Can I cancel my registration?
    Sorry, but that’d be a no… As stated in our Terms and Conditions, registration is binding. After confirmed registration, cancellation is not possible. Also, please note that missing payment is not a cancellation. However! You can transfer your registration to another person if you wish.

  • Can I sell/transfer my registration to someone else?
    Yes, you can. If you cannot attend the event, it is possible to transfer your participation to another person. In that case, please write us an e-mail to info@helswingi.fi with all the information, including your registration id and the contact information of the other person.

  • I forgot to add a t-shirt / ordered the wrong size! Can I still add one?
    Yes, just send us an email mentioning your registration id and new/correct t-shirt details.

  • Can I pay with Edenred / Smartum / ePassi / Eazybreak?
    Yes, you can! We accept all the major employee benefit vouchers (Smartum, Edenred, and ePassi). We take physical vouchers as well as card, mobile, and online payments.

    Note: Vouchers are personal and you can only pay your own registration fee with these.

    But how? In short, transfer the funds via app/online/etc. and send us a receipt to info@helswingi.fi. You can pay partly with these vouchers and the rest via bank transfer. Please remember to mention your registration id, and use the given payment message with bank transfers.

  • Can I pay with a card/cash?
    We only accept bank transfers and employee benefit vouchers for pre-registration payments. Card, cash, and MobilePay will be available for single-night tickets at the door, if any are left.’

  • Can I get an invoice (for my company bookkeeping)?
    Of course! Actually, the payment details received upon confirmation should be sufficient. If you need something else, please let us know!

  • We registered as a couple, but can we pay separately?
    Yes, sure! Actually, both of you should submit your own registration form. And you both will receive separate invoices.
